About the support policy
What does the support policy cover?+
Corrective support (errors and failures), preventive support (updates and maintenance) and functional support (usage queries and parameterization). Exact scope depends on the contracted plan.
What does the policy NOT cover?+
Development of new features, new module implementations, version migrations and customization projects are not included. These are quoted separately.
